Gangs should have a rule and requirement page to help recruits choose the gang that best suits their personality

We enabled the PIN feature for the GANG WALL.... now you can use the same for gang requirement/rules.

@Formiddable, but alot of players dont know bout hangout. You should at least be able to pin posts to gang wall
