DOWNTOWN MAFIA | Support

Hello everyone, I'm new to DTM so forgive me if this is common knowledge. I just recently joined a gang and it has a lock symbol next to the gang name, as well as a little message that says "LOCKED DOWN!" on the tournament screen.. What do either of these things mean? I couldn't find an explanation anywhere. Thanks in advance !

From the FAQ:

if a gang loses more than 30% of their wars, gangs get locked and stop giving tournament points to opponent. They have to win wars to correct the ratio and unlock the gang again.
