diamonds

I bought 70 diamonds, did not receive.. Once again I tryed buying 70 more and still no diamonds.. Why is this? Badly need them and yes I did turn off my phone to see if it would work but still nothing

I received them last night at 11 pm.. Alot of people were complaining about late notifications maybe that was the delay?
