Newbie here, I just like to ask what is the benefit of having a high health?

Yes I agree. Health is a huge waste. I did not know this at first. I have logged in over 720 consecutive days and am at lv 252. There are new people with way lower levels who have higher attack and defense than I do. At first I tried to spread my skill points evenly, but now I realize I should've put more into my attack and defense. Even having a lot of energy and was kind of a waste in my opinion. It can help in a long war when I still have energy left and no one else does, but that's about the only positive.

Less stops to heal in fights (especially in gang wars), a harder target on the hit list. Other than that, not much.
