Can't purchase diamonds via google play gift card

Hi All,

I'm Android user. Today I ve tried to buy diamonds from sale. I ve clicked the last option google play >>> it said Redeem Code >>> Ive typed the code manually and even scanned it >>> purchasing didn't work! It said in red colors, the code doesn't work try later. how Y'all solve this issue? This issue blocks me to spend thousands of dollars for my accounts.

I just want easy and safe way to buy diamonds! via gift card.

without bank account / credit card info.

You will have to contact Google Play Store to resolve this issue. The purchases are managed by them.
