How about adding a refresh for notifications. A "pull down" refresh would be nice. Twitter app has a nice example of this. It is a pain to receive a notification while viewing the notifications and have to hit the back button to click on the notification icon to view the new message. Chats have a refresh button which is nice, but a pull down could enhance the feature.

This is needed. Dont care how, but we need to b able to refresh notifications
