If you face a problem in Downtown Mafia — from missing items to technical errors — the support team is here to help. The game includes built-in reporting tools and dedicated email support for faster assistance.


How to Contact Support

You can reach support directly through any of these methods:

  • In-Game: Go to Settings → Help → Contact Support

  • Email: Send a message to dev@dtmafia.mobi with your issue details

When contacting support, include:

  • Your player name and mob code

  • A short description of the issue

  • Screenshots (if available)

  • Purchase receipts (for Diamond-related issues)

Common Issues Handled by Support

  • Account recovery or linking problems

  • Missing Diamonds or purchases

  • Bug or crash reports

  • Reporting offensive players or spam

  • Game balance or technical issues


Reporting Players

If another player violates chat rules or uses offensive language, open their profile and select Report Player. Reports are reviewed, and repeated violations can result in warnings, mutes, or permanent bans.


Response Time

The support team typically responds within 24–48 hours depending on request volume. For urgent issues like missing purchases, response times are prioritized.
