How about a player get to own a territory such that since im stayin in sg , we should group all the Southeast asia players together . same with the european and americans . we will form a formation in diff teritorry then we could challenge to take on those in another territory . like a global scale gang wars . there should also be a system to choose who to lead the territory . and within a teritory , there will be provisions such as in southeast asia indonesian will represent indonesia . its more real life

There is no feasible way to balance the powers of different groups and make it interesting.
