idea for gangs

My idea is that you should make something for the gang bosses so that they don't have to worry about low levels being in there gang when they Change from request to join to open so i was thinking that you could make something in the gang settings to put the level of players that you want in your gang like level 50 and above so i hope you like my idea and that you can use it sometime thanks
