It doesn't make no sense that we can't fight people who are lower level than us. The lower people can attack the higher people but we, higher levels, can't attack the lower levels that attack us. It would be great if anyone can attack anybody they want to. It's true. This is a game where people fight each other.

So your telling me a level 300 should be able to hit a level 20?
