Loan for gang players

May be there should be a loan account available to all the gang players....If a player leaves the gang without completing the loan he or she will be charged from his or her bank.

What happens when the user doesn't have enough cash in her account/bank?? We think its a good to have feature but too unclear and complicated to maintain. Thanks.

it should be like this....for eg if the players takes a loan...and hasnt enough money in bank he willnt be able to take any further loan untill the first one is completed
