I know you can search for people in your mob, but I think it'd be nice to have a world search where you can find anyone in the game even if they are not in your mob, as long as you know their name. It's difficult to find some people if they aren't in a gang or have a crime family.

We avoided name search intensionally to reduce targeting/bullying. thanks
