Introduce Assignment which will increase the Maystery Levels of DTM Cities.

Devs,

I suggest that introduce the assignments which will open the Mastery level for DTM Cities. This way players will do the assignment and can open the next Mastery Levels to hit the missions in that country. This way u can also increase the Mastery levels from 4 to 8. Think positively about it..
