Good idea, but what about the gangs that have already gotten these Boss Gangs to the max level?

Maybe u can create a GANG ASSIGNMENT.For ex. after lvl 5 Barzini u can create assignment "infiltrate to Barzini's fam".Gang members will use stamina to finish this task,not energy...and u can set a long period to finish (for example 12h).The reward could be mercs+money+gang rep pts.Thoose assignments would be one time only...and u can implement new assignment every 5 levels.Maybe u can implement extra xp points if every member of gang take a part of assignment...for loyalty or ...involving whole gang in operation.The other suggest is to create GANG ASSIGNMENT after 5,10,15 lvls of gang reputation.Every 5 levels new assignments.
