the amount of game generated cash would obviously be a very big amount for a small amount of diamonds. The amount of generated cash it takes would depend on your level, and have an inflation rate. With this feature the people that would never spend real cash anyway would be able to get a little something, and the people that spend money will continue spending money to avoid the excruciating long wait

....and the inflation rate would reset every 10 levels or so, so you wouldn't eventually have to pay an impossible amount of cash (generated in game) at some point
