Enable a gang bank to allow all members to deposit cash on hand into the gangs bank more wars you win bigger than bank gets ? Or maybe Higher the rep level. Boss and underboss can spend the cash on new gang arsenal items and new/more gang back ups that could be inplaced. Allowing you to use you cash to as a group or even charge people to be in your gang maybe there are more things that banked gang cash could be used for.. Its a good place to share stakes with family members. :)

I like it , it could make it easy for high level. Players to share resources with lower level players , aND buying gang arsenal is just brilliant too.
