Not received tournament winnings

This is the second time this has happened whilst Iv been in a gang we won two wars against opposite gang colour and we have not received diamonds or cash. And this is for the Valentines tournament.

Take a SCREENSHOT of the game board in question, Make sure to list your Player Code number, (Example: Listed under RECRUIT - 701 345 880), And your email address so they can contact you. Responses can take up to 1 week for your answer.
