I'm the boss of a gang. And I left to help some friends I left my friend boss put he reset his phone and can't log in because he forgot his login info. What can I do

I'm pretty sure there's nothing that you can do. My friend can't remember her login info for our mini gang so now if we want to get our minis to a gang we're going to have to make a new one :/
